Stopped by this place for a late brunch on a Saturday, the hostess sat us without any wait time. The food was delicious. You can tell all of the food is fresh and many of there items are made in house! We got the chicken and waffles and their famous burger. Definitely one of the best burgers in Miami!! I do not like the fact that.....Pinch has one of the best, most authentic caipirinhas in Miami! ARGH!!!! This fact, their great happy hour menu, delicious food and awesome service makes it hard to stay away! Have visited Pinch for happy hour a few times. Each has turned into transitioning from happy hour to dinner because the service, drinks and food are amazing and encourage lingering. The fresh chicharrones are outstanding. They hit the table, still crackling from the fryer. Then they snap, crackle and pop when the lemon juice gets drizzled over them. Then they crunch, ever so crunchily, when bitten. Perfection. The Pinch Croquetas are some of the best "restaurant version of a croquette" I've had! It's almost like a bite of a media noche but still with that traditional ham croquette flavor. Would love to eat the whole serving but they are rich, so great for sharing. Already mentioned the caipirinha, which is even made with natural sugar. *chefs kiss* But the Pinch Old Cuban? The Pinch Old Cuban???? A little life-changing, I fear! It's refreshing with just enough sweetness to balance it out. It's a drink that is so satisfying and deceptively strong! Off the regular menu, I've had the Pinch Burger and the Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese. The Pinch Burger is one of the best burgers I've had in recent memory - flavor, textures, sturdy bun. Like, seriously. The tagliatelle was a true bolognese, not too heavy and a right-sized portion. I've had different servers on different visits and each were friendly, attentive (even when there was only one for the entire restaurant), very patient, helpful with the menu. I observed that each customer - whether new, returning or neighborhood regulars - gets the same treatment. Just awesome, all around. Happy hour prices are wonderful, of course! (7 drinks and apps, Feb 2025) But the regular menu is also very fair pricing. Can't think of anything that feels "overpriced" on the menu, which is rare in Miami. Free parking along the sides and in a back corner behind the restaurant. There's also an enclosed back patio, which I haven't tried but will on my next visit.

Excellent restaurant for a nice brunch right off Biscayne. Great mimosas and excellent choice of menu items. The eggs Benedict, pinch burger and any pasta dish are really good. Finish it off by sharing a stuffed guava French toast which was delicious. Service was excellent and prices more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Ana and Carolina were both amazing—so attentive and gave great recommendations! The steak and eggs were a 10/10, and my mom said the burger was one of the best she’s ever had. The homemade cookie is a go-to dessert, and the cafe con leche creme brulee is a must. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden Gem! Ana greeted us soon as we arrived. Gave us water and menus right away and encouraged us to go on their Instagram to SEE the food. This did not help at all because everything looked so good , it made it even harder to choose..lol. I ordered The impossible Burger with an egg sunny side up.. BEST I've ever had! Compliments to the chef are in order. My husband ordered the mahi burger, well seasoned and delicious! I got a cosmo and also order the Cafe Con leche creme brulee for dessert... all good! I was really impressed with this place and will definitely be back. Don't believe me check it out for yourself. The chef here ain't nothing to play with. Did I mention we came on a Friday afternoon and the food came out lightning fast. Just say'in.
